Construction Progress November 2007
With two more months to go for the opening, we are ecstatic to say that
we’re nearly done! The whole building works is 95% complete as of early
November and we are currently just putting the finishing touches and
also cleaning up.
Most of the scaffolding has been taken down on the outside,
revealing the shiny new panels that makes The Spring stand out proudly!
We’re now putting up decorative mosaic wall tiles to the toilet
entrances and columns and it promises to be a very interesting new
concept that contrasts nicely with the white ceilings and walls.
Our ceilings and walls are nearly complete and we’ve received very
positive comments from our tenants! We are truly going to be a shopping
mall unlike any other in the state!
And speaking of our tenants, they are now starting on their own fitouts in order to make the January dateline. Click here to see the list of our latest tenants!
